Change in Student Pickup Procedures

We had a GREAT first day of school. We realize that our pickup procedure took too long because of the large number of vehicles.

We will use the following procedure beginning Wednesday, August 26th. Our first priority is always the safety of our children, so thank you for your patience and cooperation.

• Dismissal for Kindergarten through 5th grade is at 2:30 pm

• Dismissal for Middle School (6th and 7th grades) is at 3:00 pm

• Cars will not be allowed into our campus before 2:30 pm for the safety of our students.

• All vehicles will still enter our campus only through Franklin. We will have 2 lanes. The right lane will be for Kindergarten through 1st grade, their siblings and students, who carpool with them. The left lane will be for 2nd through 5th grade students.

Kindergarten and 1st grade students, their siblings and students, who carpool with them, will be dismissed on the West side of the Sanctuary (across from the Preschool building). This is the right lane. These vehicles will exit through Terrace Drive only.

2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students will be picked up on the sidewalk in front of the gym. This will be the Left lane. These vehicles will exit only through Cason.

Middle School students will be dismissed at 3:00 pm on the sidewalk in front of the gym. Middle School students will be picked up on their campus when we are cleared to move into the portables. This move is scheduled within 2 weeks.
